Passes
A pass is a promise with a date on it
Ten classes for the price of eight sounds like a discount. It is a discount and a deadline, and the deadline is the part that decides whether it was one.
Expiry
Our ten class pack runs for twelve weeks from the day you buy it. Twelve weeks is about eighty five days for ten classes, which is comfortable at two a week and tight at one. If you know you are at one a week, the pack is not cheaper for you and we would rather say so than sell it.
Freezing
One freeze per pack, up to four weeks, for any reason at all. Tell us before the pack expires rather than after. We do not ask for a note and we do not ask what the reason was.
Rollover
Up to three unused classes roll into a new pack if you buy the new one within two weeks of the old one ending. More than three and they do not, because at that point the pack was the wrong product and a bigger pack would only repeat the problem.
What happens to classes you do not use
They expire and we keep the money. That is how every pack in this industry works and dressing it up helps nobody. It is also exactly why the calculator on this site divides by the classes you actually attend rather than the ones you bought.
Sharing a pass
You cannot. One pass, one person. Two people at one class a week each are better off on drop ins, and the arithmetic for that is on the attendance page.
Afterwards
You will feel it two days later rather than the next day, in muscles you did not know were yours. That is normal the first three or four times and then it stops.
