The studio rules, in plain words

This wording is scaffolding for a demonstration studio. Replace it with your own terms before you publish.

Booking and cancelling

State how far ahead someone can book, how late they can cancel without losing the class, and what happens when they do not turn up at all. The demo numbers here are twelve hours to cancel, and a forfeited class after that.

Passes and memberships

State the expiry, the freeze policy, the rollover rule and the minimum term, and make sure they match what the passes page and the calculator on this site say. If the three disagree, the one the buyer relied on is the one you will have to honour.

Health

State what you ask people to tell you about, and be clear that a teacher is not a clinician. Pregnancy, recent surgery and acute injury are the usual three.

Conduct and the room

Phones, shoes, late arrival, and what happens if someone is asked to leave.
